The Estate of Benjamin Prestley Smith Jr.

Live auction by Progressive Auction Co.

Starts Apr 6, 2025 3:00 PM EDT

There are many fine items in this two story home including, furniture, china, silver, crystal, books, garage items, handy cap items, TV's, Christmas items and many other items too many to mention. Due to the size of this home and the amount of items restrictions my be applied to limit entry into the home for safety and control. This will be an online auction in the beginning and time and dates will be applied for pick up of sold items. Remember the beginning starting bids are only that. Some items may have reserves not visually posted. When you bid review your bid. It may indicate that you have not met the reserve bid on that item. To save time you may wish to exercise the Max bid option. You are offered that option when you first bid. Set a max bid you are willing to pay for an item in the beginning. It will save you some time and effort. Now, if someone bids over your max bid you will be notified provided you have the mobile app on your phone that is available through carrier. As I stated this is a very nice and clean estate with a lot of valuable items in it, some you will enjoy for a long time.
